Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times vary by region, but most international deliveries arrive within 5-10 business days via our premium courier partners.
Do you offer a warranty on your snowboards?
Yes, all KORUA Shapes boards come with a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by impacts, rocks, or improper maintenance.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
You can return any unused and unmounted product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Are KORUA boards delivered wax-ready?
Absolutely. Every board leaves our factory with a high-quality factory wax and tuned edges, so you can head straight from the box to the lift.
